à Marilouray : Thanks for your comment. I'm happy you're happy. But, as a chemist with MS degree and 40 years in the industry. I guarantee that is not 20 mL. The syringes are typicall marked 0 - 100 or 0 - 50. The 100 means 1 mL and each division is 0.01 mL. Personally, I currently use 2 units or 0.22 mL. Bit, as long as you're happy. Bless the doctor who accidently discovered the effect of Alprostidil by injecting a patient penis instead another target spot. The needle you're using seems to go all the way through the penis to the other side. I ue a short needle and don't jab. Usually painless. Have a great day.

à GrowinJim : Caverject Impulse which is the product that we use requires in the first instance a prescribed/written prescription from your doctor. Next it is available as a 10ml injection or as a 20ml injection. (Google the product for yourself & you will see that it does indeed come in both a 10ml or 20ml injectable amount).Your doctor will decide which is the more suitable dosage for you to be using. Inside of each Caverject package (box) there are TWO injections. Next, we prefer not to use the injection device that comes with the actual Caverject Impulse product opting instead to transfer the 20ml dosage into a more conventional style syringe of an appropriate size & also opt for a different needle & choice of needle length. Our own syringes that we use (some marked some not marked may be what is confusing you regarding the amount being injected. We split the 20ml that we use into two syringes of 10ml so as to always inject both sides of the penis otherwise they say if you are only injecting the same side regularly you are liable to wind up with a permanent curve to your your penis shaft. We don't need to remember which side we injected the previous occasion as we just inject half & half into both sides of the penis each time .. much easier! We been using this product for around 15-years now (it could even be longer actually) with absolutely no side effects & it 'even now' always works instantly each & every time.

à GrowinJim : Caverject comes in the form of a written prescription from your doctor & is issued by your chemist store either as a 10ml injectable amount or as a 20ml injectable amount depending on what your doctor recommends for your own particular case. There are 'two injections in each box that you purchase

The injection is not 20 mL. It is 0.2 mL in this case, although I couldn't see syringe markings. Typically, these syringes are either 0.5 mL or, more common, 1.0 mL. The markings are in 1/100 th mL, so a 20 on scale is 0.20 mL, not 20 mL. I'm a chemist wih experience in this field. Also, I prefer a short needle, maybe 0.4 inch (I forget exact).

à darissub : They certainly are! If you get past the 'mind over matter' fear or hesitation .. then once tried, I doubt whether you want to resort back to Viagra or Cialis. Let's just say .. I know I wouldn't. I've been using this product for more than 10 years. No side effects & still works fast every time!
