You have to stretch the ligaments that are holding the uterus in place. Filling the bladder to push down from top and at the same time pulling the cervix helps. You should at first train to gape though. Furthermore, try to stay with low fat (connective tissue is more flexible) and Vit C helps to keep it flexible. If you work on it consequently and hard, I guess depending from your current state you could be there in some month
