Jessie has Zoey stretched tight on the Rack and drenched in babyoil. Although Zoey is going to be able to get revenge later, Jessie does not take that into account when she punishes her best friend. She tickles her entire body, armpits, tummy, sides, belly button and feet. Zoey is tickled to distress again but something tells me this wont be the last time she will be in this position.
